Contract Review and Advice

Contracts are part and parcel of business life. Unfortunately, too many small business owners are too rushed for time or assume that contracts are "just standard" and non-negotiable. This could not be further from the truth. Indeed, most business contracts contain one-sided clauses unfavourable to the other party, numerous drafting or conceptual errors. Further, standard template contracts make too many assumptions about the deal that may or may not be true which could put you or your business into a serious disadvantage if the relationship with the other party breaks down.

Lawyers generally refrain from quoting fixed-fee pricing for reviewing of contracts since every contract is different in terms of complexity and number of pages. Despite this, we have decided to provide fixed-fee pricing for contract review so that everyone including small business owners can consult a specialist corporate and commercial lawyer without worrying about the cost.

Our contract review service is available before the signing stage as well as after signing to advise the client on his rights and liabilities.
