I engaged Ben to act for me in the sale of my helicopter business. There were several elements to this deal including the sale of a fleet of U.S. F.A.A registered aircraft, the sale of a trademark, a commercial lease and negotiating several employment contracts. Ben dealt with them all with distinction. I'm very impressed with Ben's service and highly recommend him. He is fast, efficient and honours his same day delivery guarantee. I also like his business model of paying a fixed fee and never having to worry about a lawyer's ticking clock.
Comparable to the lawyers from the brand-name law firms I have used in the past
I was hesitant to use Ben because I was wondering how a good lawyer could possibly charge such low fees. But I'm glad I made the decision to use his services when I bought over a local engineering company. The quality of Ben's drafting and his knowledge of corporate law is comparable to the lawyers from the brand-name law firms I have used in the past.

Ben is our Group's go-to lawyer for corporate legal matters. Being in the advisory, venture capital and asset management business, we regularly require advice on contracts and commercial matters and Ben has always provided us with clear, sound and honest advice at all times. Ben is also an excellent litigator, exercising great care and detail in his approach to cases. We recently engaged him to sue a counter-party for breach of contract and he won the case with the court awarding damages to us. Most of all, I have found his business model of fixed price fees to be transparent, reasonable and accountable, unlike other firms who bill by the hour for drafting, meetings, legal research, phone calls and even answering emails.
Super affordable fees
A friend of mine recommended Ben and I decided to work with him for my investment and joint-venture in a wholesale business, mainly because of his super affordable fees. He was patient and attentive during the drafting of the investment and shareholders' agreement. His drafting skills are excellent and his advice throughout the whole negotiation process was very helpful. When the deal structure changed suddenly and I had to provide a loan to the investee company, he even drafted a convertible loan agreement without any further charges.

Ben is recommended for contract and employment matters for new business and start-ups on a budget. We went through many rounds of changes for our employment agreements, shareholders agreement and supplier agreements and Ben didn't charge extra for all the time spent unlike my past experience with lawyers.

I was sceptical to use Ben as I am not comfortable with communicating through Whatsapp but in the end I engaged him for a contractual matter. My wife and I engaged Ben to prepare our Wills and power of attorneys before we went overseas and were very satisfied with them. When a minor hiccup occurred with the power of attorneys (through no fault of him), Ben fixed it immediately and efficiently without further charges. Although he has a really small office, I think I'd rather pay less for legal services without all the frills.

After calling up several law firms, I decided to get Ben to do my deed poll because his price is the lowest I managed to find. I found the whole process very efficient and I collected the deed poll in five minutes. I was also amazed that when I changed my mind about the new name twice after the first deed poll, he actually gave me two new sets without any further charges.
