Letter of demand $350 nett, not more than 2 pages

Someone owes you money, hasn't delivered or won't return your deposit. A letter of demand from a law firm is the normal first step and is often enough on its own. No appointment needed. Received a letter of demand yourself? We draft your reply at the same price.

📄 Max 2 pages📞 15 min call OR email⏱ Draft in 24 hours🚫 No appointment needed

How it works

  1. Give us the facts in ONE of two ways, not both:

    (a) a 15 min phone call with Ben (included in the $350), or
    (b) an email to ben@lavocatlaw.com with a short description of what happened, the other party’s name and address, the amount owed and supporting documents (max 20 pages)

  2. PayNow $350 to UEN 201512379D Lavocat Law LLC and send the screenshot
  3. We send the draft within 24 hours for you to check
  4. After one round of amendments, we email and post the letter to the other party
The $350 is for writing and sending the letter only. If you want advice first on whether you have a good case, how much you can claim or what to do if they ignore the letter, please book a consultation. It is charged separately.
Received a letter of demand? We draft your reply at the same price, $350 nett and not more than 2 pages, by the same process. If you want advice on your position first, book a consultation.

Exception - a pre-action letter for defamation is longer and more detailed, $1,200 nett.
